Chase the camera!

Takin care of business!

I have to give props to my husband for tackling the garage this past weekrnd and knocking it out!! Believe me it was no easy task. We also assembled Jillian's new "big girl bed" => It's so cute!!

Goofy kiddos

These are just some random pictures of my silly kiddos. For one Jilly has been pretty mesmerized by Mother Mary since viewing the "Jesus movie" Aunt Donna gave her for Christmas so she wrapped the blanket around her head like "Mary". She also got a wedding veil, in a trunk of costumes, for christmas and calls it her "Mary" and likes to stick on the back of her head. She is tooooooo funny. The girl has also just recently (the last month or so) just clicked with the whole potty training thing. She was doing double doody, if you know what I mean. => Aiden has just recieved his very own remote control.Ooooo... he's becoming a man already! => It's saved our actual remotes from alot of slobber. =>

Mmmmm, chocolate!

Valentine's Day 2007

We had such a lovely VD, as we call it familiarly => Jilly and I got a bit crafty and made our cards this year with my scrapbooking supplies. I, however, noticed most of my stickers consist of baby themes. =N but we had fun in anycase. We also made the most delicious heartshaped lava cakes!! mmmmm.... Thanks to my mom and her fabulous ideas, we enjoyed the miniature cake with a bit of vanilla icecream and raspberry sauce. They were restaurant quality, for sure. Jilly loved smelling the beautiful tulips from my mom and the gorgeous red roses from my hubby, although one is hard pressed to find a rose in a flowershop these days that smells as a rose should. My grandparents would have remedied that I'm sure. => (they were rose breaders and cultivators).

Jilly, Faith, and Asia

Jillian and Faith are a day apart in age and her mom and I have high hopes they'll be best friends when they grow up => We were lucky enough to enjoy a visit from Asia, who lives with her three sisters and parents (of course) in Hawaii, so it was a real treat!

First Snowman

Princesses Jilly and Audrey

These two are so funny. They love to fight but they also love to play together, I think that's pretty typical of kiddo's this age. Well Jilly got a trunk full of dress up clothes from Cousin Kris as well as every Disney princess shoe imaginable, this has lead to hours of fun for Jillian. It was so cute to watch them dress up the first time and then trade costumes. We'll miss you Bailey's this summer! PS note the guys with their main interest, the PS3 =>

Buddy's first meal!

So Aiden ate his first solid food on December 27th. It was all exciting rice cereal, the quintessential first baby meal. Anyhoo, I must prepare for work now , good times =>.

Finally Connected!

Well, after 3 months, we're finally connected to the internet!! Anyone who knows my husband knows that three months sans internet are a huge sacrifice for the computer addict that is Desi. He was at least able to surf the web at work. I, however, have been sorely deprived, but no mas!! So, here I have no excuse not to update my blog. My mom was hoping for some new pics today, so I obliged her request with much pleasure! Here we have Cinderelli in full regalia helping me make blueberry pancakes. She really liked the batter more than the finished product as can be noted in the picture of her drinking it from the measuring cup!! At least this brand doesn't require a raw egg, or I would not have been so comfortable with this. (microbiologist mom, not so fun. Parallels Paramedic/ER nurse mom=> )
