Don't know how this girl gets so many nicknames but this is the latest =) Just had to record a few of the long list of reasons she is so very special and close to my heart.
Jilly Bean, I love the way you:
1) always find an article of my clothing, be it my robe or sweaty old tank top, to snuggle in bed with you when I'm not home at bedtime.
2) snaggle my pillow from my bed and collect all your favorite buds of the day to make a bed next to my bedroom door (that you close) when Daddy and I are watching TV at night.n (in this case it was my yard-work hat she chose to snuggle)


3) sniff (and occasionally lick) things out of curiosity, and notice when things smell familiar or unique.
4) marvel over nature, bugs, frogs, slugs, and worms with not a shred of disgust.
5) are surprisingly kind to your little brother, especially when you don't know anyone is noticing.



6) prefer playing with animals and plastic bugs over any barbie doll
7) choose your stuffed animals as your "baby dolls" over the plastic replicas of actual babies.
8) love to play with your friends with no real concern for what your playing, but rather who you're getting to spend time with.
9) love Jesus and are fascinated by bible stories and church.
10) love me...

My favorite line of the day:
Jillian and Aleks found the mother load of lady bugs today and Jilly was stoked to find she actually had 6 lady bugs in her plastic cup instead of the original 5 she thought she had. Her excited response was: "Mom!! It's a LADY BUG MIRACLE!!"
So adorable.

I always say "oh man, that hurts like a Mutha!" or what have you. The other day when we were taking a walk Jilly asked me "Mom, does that make you happy like a Brutha?". So funny...
