can't hardly wait!

I've been fantasizing about Halloween for about 3 weeks now. Definitely my fav holiday next to Christmas. Last year we made the rounds, Daddy's work, Grammy's building, Nana's from where we went to my hubby's neighborhood of his youth to trick-or-treat. Such great memories... Can't wait to make more!











Nana had a trick of her own and sneakily trick or treated the kids in her clown costume. They were so skeptical initially, so hilarious. Love that, Nano.

April and I took the babes to the most awesome park awhile ago (I'll admit, I'm somewhat behind) we all had a blast getting wet and playing in the summer sun. Little Sebastian was adorable to watch, hence about a million pics of him. Ice cream afterwards was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

My Mom and Mark traded palces with us this past weekend and kept the kiddos at our house so that we could spend 2 nights in portland solo. It was so revitalizing to be together and just enjoy eachothers' company without interruption. (aside from the 5 or 6 times I maybe called home to check in and make sure everyone was doing well) =)We ate and watched movies and ate and walked around and ate and shopped and it was lovely! With LOTS of leftovers =p he he. Thanks a MILLION guys!



We tried to take some self portraits with the timer, I however, kept blinking. We were laughing so hard!

july 4th

loving this holiday lately. I think its because it's so close to Aiden's birthday, it reminds me of the joy this little guy brings.

in the am we hit the local parade that passes right by my cousin's house. It has become our new tradition and so fun!

more from the "pee pond"...

as we have lovingly nicknamed the little water feature the kiddos of the pearl district where mi madre lives can gather (and pee) in on hot summer days. It's definitely made visits to my mom's soooooo much fun, especially since the water is recycled and cleaned every so many minutes.
